A Bali pearl jewelry factory, audited

Sorting, colour-matching, goldsmithing, setting and a documented QC chain from loose pearls to sealed export cartons, in a vetted partner network our desk specifies and inspects. Buyers can audit every step.

What the workshop can build

A South Sea pearl marks under prong pressure, so goldsmiths who fabricate mounts are kept separate from pearl setters who seat, peg and knot.

Peg-and-cup setting

Half-drilled

Rings, pendants and studs, with seating depth checked before the adhesive cures.

Hand-knotted strands

On silk

Graduated or uniform layouts for 9–16 mm rounds and drops.

Bezel and cage work

Baroque

Bezel, cage and wirework settings that hold baroque shapes without point pressure on nacre.

Custom mounts

Cast or made

Casting and hand-fabrication from buyer CADs or physical samples.

Capacity is confirmed against your order at quotation, because product mix moves it: two hundred peg-set pendants run faster than forty knotted opera strands.

How pearls are sorted and matched

Stock enters as graded loose lots, mostly from West Nusa Tenggara. Indonesia is roughly 45% of global South Sea pearl production (one industry source, 2014), much of it exported loose, so the factory buys early in the chain.

Indonesian goldens tend to light champagne, so a champagne suite is built from one coherent lot. Every grade on our paperwork traces to inspection or a certificate.
