What is for sale right now

Two formats, both from Pinctada maxima harvests in West Nusa Tenggara and north Bali, sold one inspected lot at a time.

Matched pearl strand with a gold clasp

Matched strands

Per strand

Usually 35 to 45 pearls, uniform or graduated, matched for colour, luster and surface. White and silver sell fastest; golden strands take longer to match.

Loose cream and golden pearls heaped together

Single pearls

Per piece

9 to 16 mm, sold individually for rings, pendants or earrings. You choose from photographed lots, not a fixed catalogue.

Looking for finished pieces or bulk undrilled parcels? Those have their own pages.

  • AAA, AA and A are trade conventions, not a government standard. Any grade we state comes from inspection or a certificate.
  • Shape and surface move price as much as size. A clean 11 mm round can outprice a spotted 14 mm baroque.
  • Strands are quoted per strand. Matching every pearl on colour, luster and surface is the expensive part.
  • Indonesian goldens run light champagne. A deep mustard "Lombok golden" deserves harder questions.

For context, Indonesian market studies report IDR 100,000 to 5,000,000 per gram by type and grade.

Why Lombok and Bali waters matter

Origin is the supply story, not decoration. One industry source put Indonesia at roughly 45% of world South Sea pearl production in 2014, much of it exported loose.

Climate pressure and illegal fishing moved the industry from wild collection to cultured farms, so water quality and farm practice are fair questions. Our answers come from the inspection record.
