- AAA/AA/A scales are trade conventions, not government standards. Every grade we state comes from physical inspection or an accompanying certificate.
- Indonesian goldens run light champagne, not the deeper mustard of Philippine goldens. Plan your showcase around that.
Pearls come from West Nusa Tenggara (Lombok, Sumbawa) and Bali's Buleleng, Karangasem and Negara districts. Lombok pearl shipments exceeded IDR 507.9 billion in 2023, up from IDR 209.2 billion in 2022.
Reorders held to a written grade spec
Consistency comes from documentation, not memory. Each stockist order is written against a numbered spec sheet, and reorders are matched to that document, not to a photo from eight months ago.
Before dispatch you approve macro photos and video of your actual pieces under daylight-balanced light. Slower than shipping whatever is on the shelf, and the reason boutiques reorder.
