This privacy policy explains what personal data balipearljewelry.com collects, why we collect it, and how you can control it. The short version: we collect only what you send us through our inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp, we use it to prepare pearl quotations and answer your questions, and we never sell it to anyone.
Last updated: 24 July 2026.
Who Operates This Website?
Balipearljewelry.com is operated by the business development desk of Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. The site presents Indonesian South Sea and golden pearl jewelry for export inquiry — loose pearls and finished pieces from Lombok and Bali — and every price on it is quote-based.
For anything in this policy, one contact handles it all:
- Email: bd@juaraholding.com
- WhatsApp: +62 811-3941-4563
- Suggested subject line: “Data request — balipearljewelry.com”
What Personal Data Do We Collect?
We collect data in exactly three situations: when you submit the inquiry form, when you email us, and when you message our WhatsApp number. We do not require an account, and you can read every page of this site without telling us who you are.
The inquiry form asks for the following fields:
| Form field | What it is | Why we ask |
|---|---|---|
| Name (csh_name) | Your name or company contact name | So we know who to address the quotation to |
| Email (csh_email) | Your email address | To send your written quotation and follow-up |
| Destination (csh_dest) | Country or city the pearls would ship to | Export paperwork and shipping estimates differ by destination |
| Cargo / interest (csh_cargo) | Pearl type, grade, size, or jewelry category | So the quotation matches the goods you actually want |
| Message (csh_msg) | Your free-text question | Context for our reply |
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, your number or address, and your question.
How Do We Use Your Information?
For quotations and replies. That is the whole list, expanded slightly:
- Preparing and sending the written quotation you asked for, per grade and size.
- Answering follow-up questions about grading, certificates, export documents, or shipping.
- Keeping a record of the conversation so a repeat inquiry six months later does not start from zero.
- Meeting legal obligations if a quotation becomes an actual export transaction — Indonesian export rules require documented buyer details on pearl shipments.
We do not use your data for automated profiling, we do not add you to a newsletter you never asked for, and we do not build remarketing audiences from inquiry data.
Do We Sell or Share Your Data?
We never sell personal data. Not to marketers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
Limited sharing does happen in three narrow cases:
- Within Juara Holding Group, when a different team member needs to answer your question.
- With service providers that make the site and messaging work — our hosting provider, email service, and WhatsApp (operated by Meta), each under their own privacy terms.
- With authorities, if Indonesian law or a valid legal order requires it — for example, export documentation checks.
What About WhatsApp and Email?
WhatsApp is a Meta product. When you message +62 811-3941-4563, your message travels under WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption and Meta’s own privacy policy, which we do not control. What we control is our side: who on the BD desk can read the chat, and what happens to the details you share. The same principle applies to email.
If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, use the inquiry form or email instead — every quotation route works equally.
What Cookies Does This Site Use?
Very few, and nothing exotic:
| Cookie type | Purpose | Can you refuse it? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Basic site function and security | No — the site needs these to load safely |
| Analytics | Anonymous page-view counts so we know which pearl guides people read | Yes — through your browser settings or any cookie prompt |
We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site. If that ever changes, this policy changes first, with a new date at the top.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
Inquiry data is kept while the conversation is live, then for a reasonable business record period afterward — generally up to five years, which matches common Indonesian commercial document retention practice as of 2026. If your inquiry became an export shipment, transaction records may be kept longer where tax and customs rules require it.
Want your data gone sooner? Ask. Your rights are listed below.
What Are Your Rights Under UU PDP and GDPR?
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law — Law No. 27 of 2022, commonly called UU PDP — grants data subjects enforceable rights, fully in effect since the transition period ended in October 2024. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you closely comparable rights. In plain terms, you can:
- Ask what data we hold about you (access).
- Ask us to correct anything wrong (rectification).
- Ask us to delete your inquiry data (erasure), unless a legal record-keeping duty overrides.
- Withdraw consent at any time — tell us to stop, and we stop.
- Object to any use of your data beyond what this policy describes.
- Complain to a supervisory authority: in Indonesia, the data protection authority designated under UU PDP; in the EU or UK, your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email bd@juaraholding.com or message the WhatsApp number above. We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours and resolve them within 30 days, in line with common GDPR practice.
How Do We Protect Your Data?
The site runs over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and inquiry records are limited to BD desk staff who actually handle quotations. No system is perfect — no honest policy claims otherwise — but access is deliberately narrow, and we hold no payment-card data at all, because this site takes no online payments. Quotations are confirmed in writing, and payment arrangements are agreed separately, invoice by invoice.
Are International Data Transfers Involved?
Yes, modestly. Our email and messaging providers may store data on servers outside Indonesia. UU PDP permits cross-border transfers where the receiving country provides adequate protection or appropriate safeguards exist, and the mainstream providers we use publish their own GDPR-grade safeguard documentation. We do not transfer your data to any party for purposes outside this policy.
Will This Policy Change?
Occasionally, yes — data regulation keeps moving. When it does, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting active inquiries will be flagged to those contacts directly. This version is effective as of 24 July 2026.
Questions about any of it? Write to bd@juaraholding.com or WhatsApp +62 811-3941-4563. Plain questions get plain answers — the same standard we apply to pearl grading.
