Terms of Service | Bali Pearl Jewelry

These terms govern your use of balipearljewelry.com, an informational website operated under Juara Holding Group for a quote-based Indonesian South Sea pearl export concierge. All published prices are indicative and dated; only a written quotation binds either party. By browsing this site or requesting a quotation, you accept the terms below. Effective date: 24 July 2026.

1. Who Operates Bali Pearl Jewelry?

Bali Pearl Jewelry (balipearljewelry.com) is part of Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. The site publishes information on Indonesian South Sea pearls from Pinctada maxima farms in Lombok, Sumbawa, Bali, and West Papua, and connects wholesale and OEM buyers with a business development desk that arranges quotations, inspection, and export handling through vetted licensed partners.

We operate as a quote-based export concierge, not an online store. Nothing on this site is a standing offer to sell at a listed price.

2. What Do These Terms Cover?

By accessing the site, submitting the inquiry form, or contacting us on WhatsApp at +62 811-3941-4563 or by email at bd@juaraholding.com, you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. If you do not accept the terms, please stop using the site.

These terms cover site use, inquiries, and pre-contract discussions. Once a written quotation is issued and accepted, that quotation and its attached conditions take precedence over anything written here.

3. Which Document Actually Governs Your Order?

The hierarchy below applies to every transaction we arrange:

Document Legal status
Website prices and ranges Indicative only, always date-stamped (for example “as of 2026”); never binding
WhatsApp or email discussion Preliminary information; no contract is formed
Written quotation from our desk Governs price, grade basis, quantity, currency, and validity period
Proforma invoice and signed confirmation Governs payment schedule, shipping terms, and delivery obligations

Published figures — such as Lombok loose South Sea pearls commonly trading around IDR 100,000-500,000 per gram as of 2026 — are market context, not offers. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on its face and lapses automatically when that period ends.

4. How Are Pearl Grades Determined?

Grade language on this site (luster, nacre thickness, surface, size, shape, color) follows trade conventions such as AAA/AA/A charts, which are commercial usage, not government standards. Any grade we state in a quotation comes from physical inspection or from a certificate issued by an identified laboratory or inspection body — never from assumption. Where a certificate accompanies a lot, the certificate wording prevails over any summary on this site or in our messages.

Pearls are natural products. Photographs are illustrative; individual pearls within a stated grade and size band vary in tone and surface character, and champagne-toned Indonesian goldens differ visibly from deeper Philippine material.

5. What Payment, Shipping, and Export Terms Apply?

Payment method, currency, deposit ratio, Incoterms, packing, insurance, and delivery windows are set individually in each written quotation and proforma invoice. No universal payment or shipping terms exist outside those documents.

As of 2026, Indonesian regulation requires cultured pearl exporters to hold export approval under a Ministerial Regulation of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), a Quality Certificate, and — for Lombok shipments — physical inspection and a Health Certificate from BKIPM Mataram. Cultured pearls ship under HS codes 7101210000 (unworked) and 7101220000 (worked). Regulations change, and permit timelines sit outside our control; quoted delivery windows are estimates until documents clear. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination remain the buyer’s responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise.

6. What Do We Not Guarantee?

We make no guarantee of:

  • Availability of any specific grade, size, shape, or color at any time — harvests are seasonal and finite
  • That an indicative price published on this site remains achievable when you inquire
  • Investment appreciation, resale value, or any financial outcome from buying pearls
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website itself

Pearls are jewelry goods, not financial instruments. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not licensed financial advisers. Historical figures we cite — such as Lombok shipment values exceeding IDR 507.9 billion in 2023 — describe the industry, not future performance of anything you buy.

7. How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

When you submit the inquiry form or message us, we collect your name, email address, destination country, cargo details, and message content, plus routine server logs. As controller under Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), we process this data to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, and satisfy export documentation duties. We keep it only as long as commercial and customs record-keeping rules require, and we never sell inquiry data.

Your right (UU PDP, GDPR-aligned) How to exercise it
Access a copy of the data we hold on you Email bd@juaraholding.com
Correct inaccurate or outdated details Email or WhatsApp with the correction
Request deletion where no contract or legal duty requires retention Email with “data deletion” in the subject
Withdraw consent to follow-up messages Reply “stop” on WhatsApp or by email

For visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we apply GDPR-aware handling: minimum necessary collection, purpose limitation, and no automated profiling. Note that WhatsApp messages pass through Meta’s infrastructure under Meta’s own terms; if you prefer, use email for the entire exchange.

8. Who Owns the Content on This Site?

Text, tables, photographs, and page structure belong to Juara Holding Group or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Wholesale reproduction, scraping for redistribution, or republishing our pricing tables as your own is prohibited without written permission.

9. What Uses of the Site Are Prohibited?

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to arrange shipments that would breach Indonesian export law or destination import law
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, or buying authority in an inquiry
  • Probe, disrupt, or attempt to breach site security
  • Submit another person’s personal data without their authority

10. How Is Our Liability Limited?

The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent Indonesian law permits, we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on indicative prices, third-party links, or site downtime. For concluded orders, our liability is limited as stated in the governing quotation and in no event exceeds the amount actually paid for the affected shipment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Which Law Governs, and Where Are Disputes Heard?

These terms and every quotation we issue are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Both parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation (musyawarah) for thirty days. If that fails, disputes go to the competent Indonesian courts, unless the written quotation for a specific order names another forum agreed by both parties.

12. Can These Terms Change?

Yes. We may revise these terms at any time; the effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it. Terms already fixed in an accepted quotation do not change retroactively.

13. How Do You Reach Us?

Questions about these terms, quotations, or your data go to the business development desk of Juara Holding Group: WhatsApp +62 811-3941-4563 or bd@juaraholding.com. We respond during Bali business hours (WITA, UTC+8).
